Spreadsheet: Refund Log & Calculator

Refunds are a pain, but sometimes necessary. 

This spreadsheet is going to help you keep track of them! 

Tab 1 is the Set Up, where you input: 

• The product being refunded
• The Reason for the Refund (this is a dropdown menu with a bunch of options, but you can delete the dropdown and put in your own reason)
• The Refund Status - is it pending, approved, declined? Keep track here. 
• Original Payment Method
• Refund Method

Tab 2: The Log & Data

Knowing which products are giving you a problem will help you understand your audience better. Maybe it's a certain type of product or they need more options. 

Add in the info and see the data for yourself!

Calculate the amount to be refunded using this handy dandy calculator.
